CBCS realizes that miscommunication can happen in any relationship – with a companion, friend, co-worker, and in remodeling. To avoid set-backs from miscommunication, CBCS assigns a project manager to each and every project, from start to finish. The project manager’s job is to communicate with our clients daily, answer any questions or concerns, set expectations, review the project, and much more. .
Design Services
CBCS has in-house interior designers available to assist you in every step of the remodeling process, from layout to fixture selection. We will help you visualize your new space. We go over ideas, show you samples of everything. from granite to plumbing fixtures, Kitchen/Bath models, and design packages to make the selection process easy and fun!

Charles Brzezinski
Charles has a wealth of experience and knowledge that clients find very helpful. His projects include everything from custom home design/build to major home additions. Charles likes to work on any project that offers unique challenges, especially Kitchen and Bath remodels that require great detail and skill.
Steven McFearson
Steven is one of our most experienced tradesmen, he has 35 years of experience in construction. He most enjoys building additions for our clients, including Kitchen and Master Suite Additions, Outdoor Living Areas and 2nd Story Additions.
Ashley McMillan
Our Kitchen and Master Bath Specialist, Ashley, has more than 12 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design, with over 10 years specifically in Kitchen and Bath design.
